Arsenal pulled out of the Florida Cup and canceled their trip to the US ahead of the season after members of their tour group tested positive for COVID-19, the club said on Wednesday.
The Premier League team was due to leave on Thursday and play against Inter Milan in Orlando on Sunday. It was said that a “small number” of the tour group had tested positive.

The statement did not state how many members of the tour group tested positive or whether they were players.

Everton and Colombia’s Millonarios are the other teams competing in the seventh edition of the Florida Cup.
