Andrea Belotti reached a pivotal point in his contract talks with Turin after his current club offered him a very healthy raise in the “take it or leave it” case.
The 27-year-old striker played a small role in Italy’s Euro 2020 campaign so did not change his assessment exactly and now faces a decision on where his future lies.
The Toro captain has been offered double his current salary as the club tries to keep their star but he’ll have to find another place to call home if he turns down his latest offer, according to La Stampa .
His salary would be 4 million euros per season, the contract expires in 2026 should Belotti accept what is put on the table.
The striker scored 13 Serie A goals from 35 games last season as he helped his team beat the deficit.
