Everton have signed former Leicester City winger Demarai Gray from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen.
In a deal worth around £ 1.7 million, the Premier League winner has signed a three-year deal at Goodison Park.
Gray will therefore be under contract with the club until the end of the 2023/24 season, with Everton having the option to extend this for another year.
The 25-year-old joins Andros Townsend and goalkeeper Asmir Begovic as the first newcomers before the 2021/22 season under new coach Rafael Benitez.

“I’m excited to be back in the Premier League for such a big club and I’m excited to play with the team and get to work,” Gray told Everton TV.
“Talk to the manager and [Director of Football] Marcel Brands, I had a very good feel for the club and I have the feeling that I can develop myself further here.
“The coach is important with his ambition and what he has won in the past and we will try to push forward and compete with the top clubs. I think a club of this size has the potential to be at the forefront.
“Everton are a very big club and the main goal is to fight back up the table and compete.
“I want to work hard on the training pitch and do my best for the club on the pitch.”
Gray, who will wear the number 11 for Everton, only spent six months in Germany and played twelve games for Leverkusen, where he scored once.
He teamed up with Benitez’s Florida squad prior to Everton’s participation in the Florida Cup.
Everton were set to face either Arsenal or Inter after the game against Colombian side Millonarios, but the Gunners and Serie A champions have withdrawn from the competition due to coronavirus concerns.
