The Ghanaian striker Patrick Twumasi has returned to the first team training despite reports of departure.
Twumasi, who moved to the Bundesliga II team last season, did not meet expectations and was associated with an exit from the club in the transfer window that has just ended.
In the 24 games he played for the club last season, he scored three goals and provided two assists.
The former Deportivo Alaves shooter fell into the team’s pecking order due to his inconspicuous performance and wants to secure a new club.
But the transfer window has closed and Twumasi is still at the club.
However, on Thursday the Black Stars striker was first spotted in training as he prepares to battle for a spot on the team.
Meanwhile, Hanover’s coach made it clear that Twumasi is not in his plans for this season.
