Tottenham’s 100 percent start to the Premier League season came to a standstill in the deplorable 3-0 loss to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
This is how every Spurs player rated the day.
Hugo Lloris, 4 – His inadequate early roll-out to Eric Dier was a sign that the team was yet to come.
Emerson Royal, 4 – Stopped Wilfried Zaha one-on-one a few times, but most of the Palace threat was on his side.
Japhet Tanganga, 3 – He was fine until his two stupid yellow cards kicked off Palace.
Eric Dier, N / A – Didn’t have time to impress after sustaining a fairly serious injury in the early stages.
Sergio Reguilon, 4 – His defensive positioning was everywhere and all of his flanks were blocked.
Oliver Skipp, 4 – Not adventurous on the ball and a bit sloppy throughout.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, 2 – Constantly put his teammates under pressure with bad passes and was wasteful during the break.
Harry wink, 2 – Again he showed that he just can’t do it anymore at this level.
Dele Alli, 4 – Mostly a spectator. Produces an excellent goal rescue block.
Lucas Moura, 3 – Got off to a good start until he kept losing the ball.
Harry Kane, 3 – Hardly involved in the last third and could not move anything in deeper areas.
Joe Rodon, 4 – That replaces. Worked out well but fell apart late with the rest of the team.
Ben Davies, 2 – Came for the red card. Forgot the penalty and was fully active defensively.
