Ivory Coasts have been appointed by the Confederations of African Football (CAF) to direct Hearts of Oak’s one-off Champions League game against Guinean club Industriel de Kamsar at the Accra sports stadium.
The Phobians will host CI Kamsar after the CAF decided to cancel the first leg in Guinea following the military coup.
Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei will be the center referee and will be assisted by his compatriots Kouame Gabriel Kangah and Kalilou Bamba as assistants 1 and 2 respectively.
Allou Franc Eric Miessan, also from Ivory Coast, is the fourth official.
Sekou Wieh Konneh from Liberia will serve as Match Commissioner, while Dr. Christiana Baah works as a COVID-19 officer.
