Georginio Wijnaldum has admitted that he is not “entirely happy” with his current situation at Paris Saint-Germain, which he joined from Liverpool in the summer after his contract on Anfield Road expired.
The Dutchman moved to the French capital as part of the club’s financial muscle relaxation summer, where Mauricio Pochettino added Achraf Hakimi, Sergio Ramos, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Nuno Mendes and of course Lionel Messi to his squad.
Since Merseyside was swapped for the City of Lights, Wijnaldum has only started six games in all competitions, including just 12 minutes in the Champions League win against Manchester City, 19 minutes in the Trophee des Champions defeat against Lille and four minutes in 2 -1 victory over Lyon.

Wijnaldum’s role as a marauding midfielder had to take a back seat due to Pochettino’s offensive opportunities.
